The purpose of Hexagonal Double V-Belts is to transmit power from both the belts. These products are designed with a special tension cord for meeting dual power requirement along with multiple bends. Hexagonal belts provide amazing torque, strength, and even durability and are used on drives having one or more reverse bends such as lawn & garden equipment, mixers, crushers, mule drives, agitators, conveyors etc.
Duratuf Hexagonal (Double) V-Belts are available in AA, BB & CC cross-sections. The products are particularly designed for rigorous applications. Their hex design enables them for maintaining optimal sidewall contact, while staying flexible enough for those drives that need power transmission from both the sides of the belt. The design of our Hex belt provides proper cord support and full contact with the sheave-groove for equal load distribution, uniform abrasion resistance, and increased durability. Flexible cords are strongly enforced into the body of the double angled V--belt resulting in equal load distribution and the absorption of flex fatigue and bending stress without additional belt wear.
