Pulley Lagging Rubber Sheets are meant to avert belt slippage. They are an effective long term solution towards conveyor pulley wear & corrosion issues. These products can be utilized on site, in place, at the pulley lagging sheet manufacturer & supplier or at a local distributor’s place. Pulley lagging increases traction between the belt & pulley thereby reducing wear and load upon the belt, drive, bearings, pulley and take-up. The products are usually available in numerous design profiles, with or without a special bonding layer. They are manufactured from high-grade synthetic and natural rubber, especially designed for exhibiting tremendous ozone and abrasion resistance. Ozone resistance is a crucial feature of these sheeting since they are utilized in the pulleys of conveyor belts which are mostly in operation within open areas. These products are extensively used in numerous industries for bulk material handling.

 

DURATUF Pulley Lagging Sheets has brilliant resistance to dry & wet abrasion and will stretch against the conveyor belt. Hence, it sheds surplus material and decreasing build-up whilst reducing wear upon the conveyor belt itself. It has a diamond profile surface to discard water and dirt away from the pulley. This increases the grip and reduces the slippage, improving the drive & tracking of the conveyor belt. Our product can be provided with a specially articulated Neoprene based CN Bonding Layer for achieving ultimate adhesion whenever bonded to steel pulley surfaces.
